How revisions are sourced
Transparency note
QuickBooks Online exposes no first-party audit-history endpoint. Revision events are derived from each invoice's own create and last-updated metadata, so an invoice counts as revised when it was edited after issue. Counts, first-revised and last-revised are aggregated from the append-only revision table, so a richer audit feed can be added later without re-writing history.
