  • • Stored access and refresh tokens are deleted right away.
  • • Cached accounting records are deleted or anonymized within 60 days, except where retention is legally required.
  • • Nothing in your QuickBooks company is changed or deleted.

You can also remove access from within QuickBooks Online under Apps → My Apps. For deletion requests, email privacy@owps.com.
